Industrial Hot air Conveying Tunnel Drying Machine Clean continuous conveyor dryer
Conveyor ovens, also called tunnel drying machines, move specimens through a heated chamber at a speed set by users. Belt speeds and temperatures are adjustable for consistent heating of a high volume of products.
This is a non-standard customized system with a maximum temperature control of 200ºC(effective temperature range: ambient +15ºC to 200°C). It supports adjustable conveyor speed, continuous or step-by-step operation, and multi-section linkage. Equipped with various conveyor sizes and configurations, it offers horizontal, vertical, or double-sided hot air circulation modes. The infeed and outfeed zones feature differentiated temperature designs to flexibly meet the baking and drying requirements of various production lines.
