Conveyor ovens, also called tunnel drying machines, move specimens through a heated chamber at a speed set by users. Belt speeds and temperatures are adjustable for consistent heating of a high volume of products.
The series of conveying drying machines is a continuous heating drying equipment. It is heated by IR tubes or IR panels and hot air circulation to achieve product drying. The whole machine is divided into 4 sections, which are the feeding section, heating section, cooling section, and discharge section. It improves the production speed and production capacity through continuous baking and conveyor belt conveying. The machine could improve the production efficiency and automation level.
